(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Having a valid "Law Firm Practice License" issued by the provincial and municipal judicial departments; (*) Suppliers who ***ply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project;
