Procurement Requirements:

合同履约期限：本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，如本次中标人非原服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，按照月单价结算给原服务商至本年度新合同签订之前一个月的所有服务费用。本项目一次采购三年有效，合同一年一签。首年合同服务期限拟自****年*月*日至****年**月**日止，以正式合同签订为准。第二年和第三年合同根据上一年考核结果及财政预算批复情况决定合同是否续签。

The Contract Period:Before the ***pletion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. If the winning bidder is not the original service unit, the service fees incurred during this period will be settled to the original service provider at a monthly unit price for all service fees up to one month before the signing of the new contract for this year. This project is valid for three years with a one-time procurement, and the contract is signed once a year.
