简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：在新区人口办指导下，协助属地派出所开展南汇新城镇实有人口管理与服务工作，确保完成新区人口办下发的工作任务：一是采集登记辖区内实际居住人口、实有房屋的基本信息；二是协助民警开展实有单位、标准地址信息维护；三是发动辖区居民进行个人信息白主填报；四是发现提供违法犯罪线索，了解关注人员动态，开展防范宣传和隐患排查；五是协助属地政府开展人口综合服务管理工作；六是完成区人口办下达的工作任务。
