Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main project contents include: *. Being responsible for the management and operation of the center's affairs, and handling various assessment and inspection affairs at the municipal, district, and street levels; *. Provide free public welfare day care and organize public welfare activities for the elderly in the surrounding ***munities; *. Provide property services and other public welfare activity services; *. Maintenance and payment of public utility fees (water, electricity, gas, Internet, ***munication) and sewage discharge fees. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January *, **** to December **, ****.
