简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《关于深化推进平安建设物防设施建设的实施方案》要求，拟采购为属地派出所采购辅助力量服务，为小型“移动平安哨”配备力量，协助属地派出所做好接处警工作，在民警的指挥下完成驾驶车辆、信息登记、情况了解、拍照取证、配合性抓捕等工作。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:According to the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Construction of Physical Defense Facilities for Safe Construction, it is proposed to purchase auxiliary forces to serve local police stations, equip small "mobile safety posts" with forces, assist local police stations in receiving and handling police calls, and ***plete tasks such as driving vehicles, information registration, situation understanding, photography and evidence collection, and cooperative arrests under the ***mand of police officers.
