(c)本项目的特定资格要求：*.* 本项目面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购；*.* 具有省市级公安部门核发的有效的“保安服务许可证”；*.* 本项目不接受联合体形式投标。*.* 供应商单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标。为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*.* This project is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small and micro enterprises).*.* Have a valid "security service license" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments.*.* This project does not accept Joint Bids.*.* If the unit leader is the same person or if there is a direct controlling or management relationship between different suppliers, they shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
