简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为贯彻落实《上海市知识产权强市建设纲要（****-****）》《上海市知识产权保护和运用“十四五”规划》文件精神，支撑区域重点产业高质量发展，促进市场主体利用知识产权打造核心竞争力，优化知识产权高标准保护的营商环境，对照上海市知识产权局印发的《关于开展上海市知识产权保护中心临港新片区分中心建设的实施方案》及《上海市知识产权保护中心分中心建设与运行指南》（试行）相关要求，开展临港新片区知识产权保护中心（以下简称“临港新片区保护中心”）运行工作，承担上海市知识产权保护中心（以下简称“上海保护中心”）委托的知识产权快速预审支撑、快速维权等知识产权相关业务；承担知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理、服务等工作，宣传推广知识产权相关知识；协同行政机关、司法机关、仲裁机关和调解组织建立知识产权一站式协同保护平台；承担知识产权公共服务体系相关事务性、服务性工作；承担市场监督管理局交办的其他任务。
