简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为进一步提升高桥镇城市管理效能，拟实施高桥镇城市管理一体化综合养护工作。一体化综合养护有助于提高城市管理的颗粒度和精准度，有利于节约人力、设备等资源成本，强化网格化责任块“发现、处置、反馈”闭环管理，全面提升镇域城市管理精细化水平和养护作业水准。本项目经财政部门批准一招三年（一次采购三年享用，分年签订合同）。每年结束后采购人对中标人的工作进行考核，并在相同采购任务的条件下确定次年合同的签订。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动较大的（超过原合同采购金额**%），将重新采购。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further enhance the efficiency of urban management in Gaoqiao Town, it is proposed to implement integrated ***prehensive maintenance of urban management in Gaoqiao Town. This project has been approved by the finance department for a period of three years (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually). At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding **% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be made. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
