Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main content of this project is to provide property safety management services for the relevant property safety management areas of Hudong Building Community, Longju Huayuan, Longju Building, Qishan Garden and Tonglian Apartment. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January *, **** to December **, ****.
