简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选取一家合格的供应商对康桥镇镇管河道设施进行日常养护。主要服务内容为河道巡视检查、护岸养护、防汛通道养护、河道绿化养护、水域和*域保洁、河道护栏、标牌标识等附属设施维护及配合开展水质维护等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In this project, it is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to carry out daily maintenance on the river management facilities in Kangqiao Town. The main services include river patrol inspection, bank protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, river greening maintenance, water and land cleaning, river guardrail, signs and other ancillary facilities maintenance and water quality maintenance. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：本项目一次采购三年有效，合同一年一网签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为****年**月**日起至****年**月**日。
The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed online once a year. After passing the purchaser's examination every year, the contract will be renewed for one year, with the longest period not exceeding three years.
