简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：临港新片区区域化城市综合运营（南汇新城镇）、综合区、保税区、产业园区、物流园区、芦潮港社区、临港奉贤园区、机场南片区直管设施范围内的所有道路（含公路）及其余由管委会下达给各镇管养的镇管道路范围内的所有道路的路基、路面、桥梁、防护工程、雨水排水设施、道路附属绿化等管养设施以及道路标牌、路铭牌、防冲护栏、禁入栅、路灯、公路的里程桩、百尺桩、界碑、下立交雨水泵站、龙门架等附属设施开展定期全面的巡查工作，发现各类相关问题，并对问题的处置情况进行跟踪检查，同时对道路的日常清扫保洁，经常性保养、小型维修作业、下水道疏通、绿化管理养护与苗木补植、防风防台、应急保障任务等设施养护相关工作进行现场监督检查，作业规范化管理、养护作业频次、工作量及养护质量等现场管理，履行二类项目的监理职责。
