Procurement Requirements:

合同履约期限：合同签订并且地块满足开展土壤污染状况调查的必要条件后***天内完成土壤污染状况初步调查和专家评审工作,并根据实际需要配合完成浦东新区生态环境局备案工作。如被第三方质控单位抽中检查，则工期根据实际情况顺延。

The Contract Period:After the contract is signed and the land parcel meets the necessary conditions for conducting a soil pollution survey, the preliminary soil pollution survey and expert review shall be ***pleted within *** days. Additionally, cooperation shall be provided to ***plete the filing process with the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau according to actual needs.
