合同履约期限：各包件：本项目服务期限自26年1月1日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施

The Contract Period:For all project lots, the service term shall be three years, commencing on January 1, 2026. The procurement shall be conducted as a single tender process that shall govern the entire three-year term, with individual contracts to be signed separately for each annual period.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Requirements for Joint Bids:Submit a properly formatted joint bidding agreement.Consortium limited to a maximum of 2 members.Members cannot bid separately or join other consortia for this same contract.The lead member must handle all registration and bidding on the Shanghai Government Procurement Cloud Platform.
