Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project includes the comprehensive supervision platform after the event (Phase I, Phase II and Phase III), the adaptation and transformation of the basic support subsystem of the integrated management information system, the basic data system platform, the pilot project of information optimization and integration of market supervision system reform (Phase I and Phase II), the supporting construction project of application scenarios, the big data supervision center system of market supervision (Phase I), the construction project of livelihood measurement and outdoor advertising electronic screen in free trade zone and the license scene of important industrial products. Free Trade Zone Retail Pharmacy and Supermarket Convenience Store Scene Construction Project, Application System Adaptation and Reconstruction Project, Pudong New Area Market Supervision Big Data Supervision Center System (Phase II) Project, Pudong New Area Large Hotel Comprehensive Supervision "One Thing" Project, P
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起 1 年，具体起始时间以合同签订为准

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It has not been included in the record list of untrustworthy executors, major tax illegal and untrustworthy subjects and serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors of government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (3) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
