简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：“民以食为天”，食品安全关系到每一个人的身体健康和生命安全，是重大的民生工程、民心工程。总书记指出要用“四个最严”进行食品安全监管,确保人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。《***食品安全法》及其实施条例赋予了市场监督管理部门对食品生产经营环节开展食品安全抽样检验的职责，食品安全抽检监测是食品安全科学监管的重要技术支撑，是实施食品安全全程监管的重要内容，及时发现食品安全隐患，解决食品安全问题，落实食品安全“两个责任”的重要手段，也是规范企业生产经营，引导群众合理消费，打击食品安全违法犯罪的重要措施。根据浦东新区市场监督管理局食品安全抽检监测工作需要，现通过公开招标方式为本项目选定检测机构，承担****年浦东新区食用农产品（蔬菜籽类豆类）监督抽检任务。具体详见第三章服务需求书。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:"Food is the most important thing for the people". Food safety is related to everyone's health and life safety, and it is a major livelihood project and popular project. The general secretary pointed out that food safety supervision should be carried out with the "four strictest" to ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people. The Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its implementing regulations endow the market supervision and management departments with the responsibility to carry out food safety sampling inspection in food production and operation. Sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety is an important technical support for scientific supervision of food safety, an important content for the whole process of food safety supervision, an important means to find hidden dangers of food safety in time, solve food safety problems, implement the "two responsibility" of food safety, and an important measure to standardize the production and operat
