合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自合同签订之日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。本次合同服务期限为自****年*月*日起一年。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:According to the "Measures for Government Procurement to promote the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and other regulations, this project is exclusively open to small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises shall provide the “Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" as required.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）本项目不接受联合投标。（*）具有省级及以上建设主管部门颁发的公路交通工程（公路机电工程）专业承包二级及以上资格。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Joint bidding is not accepted for this project.Bidders shall hold a professional contracting qualification of Grade II or above in Highway Traffic Engineering (Highway Electromechanical Engineering) issued by construction administrative departments at the provincial level or above.

(i)符合《***政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article ** of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（***.creditchina.gov.***）、中国政府采购网（***.ccgp.gov.***）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
