(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(*) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: This project package (bid section) one and two are specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, the products of small and medium-sized enterprises do not enjoy price discount benefits. Packages (bid sections) three, four, and five are not specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a **% price discount. (*) Disability-friendly welfare units, and they are regarded as small and medium-sized enterprises.
