The supplier responsible for the field survey and mapping work should hold the "Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate" issued by the ***petent natural resources authority, with the qualification level being at the second class or above. The business scope should include boundary and real estate mapping services.*. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
