简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据浦废管[****]*号文件《浦东新区生活垃圾中设施运营监管考核办法》《上海市市容环境卫生管理条例》、《上海市城市生活垃圾收运处置管理办法》、《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》等文件。进一步规范新片区生活垃圾中转设施日常运行管理，提升新片区生活垃圾中转场所运营水平，切实提高设施运营，监管质量，严控设施对周边环境的影响，每日对中转垃圾日产日清，实现生活垃圾中转设施安全，稳定，达标运营的目标。平均日处置量为***吨。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with Document No. * [****] of the Pudong Waste Management Office, including the "Measures for the Supervision and Assessment of Facility Operation in Pudong New Area's Domestic Waste," the "Shanghai Municipal Regulations on Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation," the "Shanghai Municipal Regulations on the Collection, Transportation, and Disposal of Urban Domestic Waste," and the "Shanghai Municipal Regulations on Domestic Waste," further standardization of daily operations for waste transfer facilities in the new area is implemented. This aims to enhance the operational standards of waste transfer sites, improve facility operation and supervision quality, strictly control environmental impacts, ensure daily clearance of waste, and achieve safe, stable, and ***pliant operation of domestic waste transfer facilities. The average daily disposal capacity is *** tons.
