简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商采购的方式选取一家合格供应商实施浦东新区行政事业单位部分存量房屋委托管理服务项目服务工作。本次服务期限为*年，自****年*月*日起至****年**月**日止。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，如本次成交供应商非原服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按成交价/****原单位服务天数计算。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through an open ***petitive negotiation process to undertake the service work for the entrusted management of some existing houses of administrative institutions in Pudong New Area. The service period is one year, starting from January *, ****, to December **, ****. Before the ***pletion of this procurement process, the original service provider will continue to fulfill the services. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees incurred during this period will be paid by the winning bidder to the original service provider at the contracted price, based on the contracted price divided by *** multiplied by the service days of the original provider. (For details, please refer to Chapter * of the procurement requirements document.)
