It must have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering;*. It must hold a safety production license (valid within the validity period);*. The project leader to be dispatched must have a registered construction engineer qualification in building engineering at level two or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;*.
