(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）具备市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；（*）拟安排项目经理须为市政公用工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。（*）具备建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；（*）未被“信用中国”（***.creditchina.gov.***）和中国政府采购网（***.ccgp.gov.***）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；（*）本项目不接受联合体形式。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (*) The proposed project manager must hold a second level or higher registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader for other ongoing construction projects. (*) Having a valid Safety Production License issued by the construction department; (*) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (***.creditchina. gov.***) and China Government Procurement Network (***.ccgp. gov.***); (*) This project does not accept consortium forms.
