(c)本项目的特定资格要求：人员配备要求：本项目每个包件配备从事工程决算审价工作的专业技术人员人数下限要求详见表格，其中每个包件至少一半以上成员具备一级注册造价工程师证书。在合同生效期内未经采购人同意，不允许随意更换审价组成员。采购人委托的审价项目，供应商不得再次转包或分包，所有审价组成员须为供应商正式编制人员并签有劳动合同。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:**Personnel Allocation Requirements:**For each package of this project, the minimum number of professional technical personnel engaged in project final account auditing work is specified in the table. **Among them, more than half of the members in each package must hold a Class * Registered Cost Engineer certificate.** During the effective period of the contract, members of the auditing team may not be arbitrarily replaced without the consent of the purchaser.For auditing projects entrusted by the purchaser, the supplier shall not subcontract or re-subcontract the work. **All members of the auditing team must be officially employed staff of the supplier and have signed labor contracts.**
