(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) A valid business license should be held; (*) The personnel to be dispatched by the construction site project management agency shall meet the construction equipment requirements of Shanghai's landscaping construction projects; (*) The proposed project leader must have an intermediate professional title or above in gardening. (*) Provide a written statement stating that taxes and social security funds are paid in accordance with the law and that there are no major illegal records in the past three years.
