简要规则描述：根据《关于浦东新区社区微型消防站优化赋能分级管理指导意见》文件要求，结合保税区机场南部区域实际情况，本着“减少警情，灭早救小，减少各类应急事件人员伤亡和财产损失”的工作理念，在保税区机场南部区域内的点位，建设成为有专职人员、有消防车辆，**小时值班备勤的微型消防站，实行消防宣传员、防火巡查员、灭火战斗员、便民服务员、管理指导员的“五员一体”工作模式，主要落实安委办、园区、消防部门和派出所布置的关于消防工作任务。
Brief Specification Description:According to the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing and Empowering Graded Management of Micro Fire Stations in Pudong New Area Communities" document, ***bined with the actual situation in the southern area of the bonded zone airport, and based on the work concept of "reducing police incidents, extinguishing early and rescuing small incidents, and reducing casualties and property losses caused by various emergency events", a micro fire station with full-time personnel, fire vehicles, and **-hour standby will be built at the southern area of the bonded zone airport. The "five in one" work mode of fire promoters, fire inspectors, firefighting fighters, convenience service personnel, and management instructors will be implemented, mainly to implement the fire work tasks assigned by the safety ***mittee office, park, fire department, and police station.
