(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possessing a valid safety production license; (*) The bidder's proposed project manager must have a registered construction engineer qualification at the second level (including higher levels) in the field of construction engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate; (*) Suppliers who ***ply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
