(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The supplier must not be listed on the “Credit China” website (***.creditchina.gov.***) as a dishonest judgment debtor, a party to a major tax-violation case, or on the China Government Procurement Network (***.ccgp.gov.***) as having serious illegal or dishonest government-procurement conduct; suppliers included in any of the above lists are barred from participating in government-procurement bidding.Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China.Must hold construction-general-contracting qualification of Grade III or above in building engineering.The project manager must be a registered construction engineer (building-engineering specialty) at Grade II or above.In accordance with Cai Ku [****] No. **, this project is exclusively reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); bidders must submit the “SME Declaration Form”.Joint bids will not be accepted.
