简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格供应商，开展浦东新区新一轮集体建设用地基准地价编制工作，以辖区范围内集体土地涉及的镇域范围为底版，根据国土空间规划实施、土地利用空间格局、地价分布空间规律，并结合工作需求和管理导向，全面更新集体建设用地的土地级别和地价水平。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project plans to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to carry out a new round of benchmark land price ***pilation for collective construction land in Pudong New Area. Based on the town area involved in collective land within the jurisdiction, the land level and land price level of collective construction land will be ***prehensively updated according to the implementation of national spatial planning, land use spatial pattern, land price distribution spatial law, and ***bined with work needs and management orientation. (Please refer to Chapter * Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：合同签订后至服务内容全部完成，具体以合同签订日期为准。
