Brief Specification Description:Based on the three criteria of "having resources, efficiency, and experience," the administration intends to select a preferred supplier through ***petitive consultation to undertake the daily service provision functions of the Lingang New Area Administrative Service Center (Blue Bay Sub-center) via a delegated management model. This initiative aims to enhance the service quality and standards of the Lingang New Area Administrative Service Center (Blue Bay Sub-center).
