简要规则描述：为进一步织密南汇新城镇治安监控覆盖，提升平安新城建设力度，根据各社区监控需求在南汇新城镇辖区内共计****余个点位提供监控租赁服务，要求达到 ** 小时全覆盖监控，视频资源保存时间不少于 ** 日。
Brief Specification Description:In order to further enhance the coverage of public security monitoring in Nanhui New Town and improve the construction of Ping'an New City, monitoring rental services will be provided at more than **** locations within the jurisdiction of Nanhui New Town according to the monitoring needs of various ***munities. It is required to achieve **-hour full coverage monitoring, and the video resources should be saved for no less than ** days.
