(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Suppliers who are not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (***.creditchina. gov.***), major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of government procurement serious illegal and dishonest behavior records on the China Government Procurement Network (***.ccgp. gov.***). (*) Having a valid safety production license, a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects, or a second level or above qualification for specialized contracting of waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and insulation engineering. (*) The project leader should have a valid second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, as well as a valid safety production assessment certificate. (*) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
