简要规则描述：浦东新区时空位置大数据智能服务平台，总体建设内容包括时空数据中台、时空服务中台、时空应用支撑平台、时空基础地理信息数据库、时空动态数据库、现有能力对接集成、数据治理等模块。鉴于平台面向的客户包括了浦东新区各委办、街镇等多样化客户群体，现需要建立一个全面优化的系统运维框架，以实现持续的服务高可用性、快速有效的故障响应、系统性能的持续监控与优化、以及数据和操作的安全性。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。
Brief Specification Description:The overall construction content of the intelligent service platform for big data in Pudong New Area includes modules such as spatio-temporal data center, spatio-temporal service center, spatio-temporal application support platform, spatio-temporal basic geographic information database, spatio-temporal dynamic database, existing capacity docking integration, data governance and so on. In view of the platform's customers including various clients in Pudong New Area, streets and towns, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and optimized system operation and maintenance framework to achieve continuous service high availability, rapid and effective fault response, continuous monitoring and optimization of system performance, and data and operation security. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为2026年6月20日至2027年6月19日。
