简要规则描述：本项目位于浦东新区张江镇，主要工作内容为：为有效遏制电气火灾多发势头，推动居（村）民建筑及社区公共区域电气安全隐患排查整治，拟通过竞争性磋商方式选取一家第三方专业公司，对居（村）民家庭、社区公共部位等进行用电安全情况检查并为独居老人等脆弱人群更换老旧及不符合要求的拖线板，现场开具检查单告知整改意见，抄报属地居村跟踪管理，同时结合检查开展安全用电宣传，普及安全用电常识。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description:This project is located in Zhangjiang Town, Pudong New Area. Its main work contents are as follows: In order to effectively curb the frequent occurrence of electrical fires and promote the investigation and rectification of electrical safety hazards in residential buildings and community public areas, it is planned to select a third-party professional company through competitive negotiation to check the electrical safety of residential families and community public parts, and replace old and unqualified towing boards for vulnerable people such as elderly people living alone, and issue a checklist on the spot to inform rectification opinions and send a copy to the local residential village for follow-up management. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2026年10月30日止。

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
