(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Grade III or above qualification for General Contracting of Highway Engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republicof China. (4) The proposed project manager must possess Grade II or above qualification as a Registered Constructor in Highway Engineering, be validly registered, and have no ongoing projecThis project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved share measure is overall reservation (specifically for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). (6) Consortium bids are not accepthis project.
