(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement or major tax violation cases on “Credit China” (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn), nor listed for serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement. (2) Suppliers with the same legal representative or those having direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the same government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation, or project management, supervision, testing, and other services shall not participate in other procurement activities of the same procurement project. (3) Possess Level 3 or above municipal public works general contracting qualifications issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
