(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project (■ Yes □ No) is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, small and micro enterprise products will not be subject to price discounts.
