(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具备建设部颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，拟派项目经理具备建筑工程注册建造师二级及其以上资格。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It shall possess a third-level or higher qualification certificate for general contracting of architectural engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the proposed project manager shall have a second-level or higher qualification as a registered constructor for architectural engineering. This project is specifically procured from small and medium-sized enterprises.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
