(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements policies that mandate the procurement of energy-saving products and environmentally certified products, encourages energy conservation policies, encourages environmental protection policies, and supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This project is specifically targeted at procurement for medium, small, and micro enterprises. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Possess a third-level or higher qualification for general contracting of electric power engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; *. Possess a license for installation, maintenance, and testing of electric power facilities at or above the third level issued by the Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration (or the State Electricity Regulatory Commission); *. The project leader possesses a second-level or higher qualification certificate for registered construction engineers in mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and holds a valid certificate of passing the safety production assessment; *. This project is exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises, and a "Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" will be provided.
