简要规则描述：曹路新市镇中心片区A*（南侧）地块土地储备项目位于上海浦东新区曹路镇，东至浦东运河，南至A*-**公共绿地，西至川沙路，北至A*-*商业金融用地(“悦天地商业广场”不在此次收储范围内)，总用地面积约******平方米。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，择优选取一家供应商，对曹路新市镇中心片区A*（南侧）地块土地进行土壤污染状况初步调查（具体详见第四章项目需求）。
Brief Specification Description:The land reserve project for Plot A* (South Side) in the central area of Caolu New Town is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai, bounded to the east by the Pudong Canal, to the south by A*-** public green space, to the west by Chuansha Road, and to the north by A*-* ***mercial and financial land ('Yuetian Di Commercial Plaza' is not included in this land reserve). The total land area is approximately ***,*** square meters. This project intends to select a supplier through public procurement to conduct a preliminary investigation of the soil pollution status of Plot A* (South Side) in the central area of Caolu New Town (for details, see Chapter * Project Requirements).
