简要规则描述：据川沙经济园区有限公司反映，其鹿园工业区内主干道路系统，除部分路段已安装路灯外，其余道路均未实施照明设施建设，导致周边居民、企业等夜间出行存在安全隐患。为完善园区配套设施，优化营商环境，拟对鹿顺路、鹿弘路、鹿滨路、鹿吉路（明华港以西）、鹿达路等道路实施太阳能路灯安装，总长度约****米，对鹿吉路、鹿达路原有***盏老旧路灯（功率、规格不符合现代标准）予以更换，其余道路新装风光互补路灯***套。（具体要求详见工程量清单。）
Brief Specification Description:According to Chuansha Economic Park Co., Ltd., the main road system in its Luyuan Industrial Zone has not been equipped with lighting facilities except for some sections that have been installed with street lamps, resulting in safety hazards for surrounding residents, enterprises, and other nighttime travel. In order to improve the supporting facilities of the park and optimize the business environment, it is planned to install solar street lights on roads such as Lushun Road, Luhong Road, Lubin Road, Luji Road (west of Minghua Port), and Luda Road, with a total length of about **** meters. The original *** old street lights on Luji Road and Luda Road (with power and specifications that do not meet modern standards) will be replaced, and *** sets of wind solar ***plementary street lights will be installed on other roads.
