(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The supplier must possess a Class * General Contracting Qualification for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Construction. The project manager must hold a Class * Registered Constructor qualification in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, and also must have the Certificate of Qualification for Safety Production Assessment (Certificate B) issued by the water administrative department. All other construction personnel must hold valid certificates to work.This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).Consortium bidding is not permitted for this project.
