(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、供应商须具有水利水电工程施工总承包一级资质，项目经理必须持有水利水电工程专业一级注册建造师执业资格，还须具备水行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》（B证），其余施工人员须持证上岗。4、本项目非专门面向中小企业项目。5、本项目不允许联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The supplier must possess a Class 1 General Contracting Qualification for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Construction. The project manager must hold a Class 1 Registered Constructor qualification in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, and also must have the Certificate of Qualification for Safety Production Assessment (Certificate B) issued by the water administrative department. All other construction personnel must hold valid certificates to work.This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).Consortium bidding is not permitted for this project.
