简要规则描述：****年城运热线等托底维修类工单处置，项目维修范围主要包括：日常巡查发现、“*****市民热线”工单和网格化管理案件工单中城市道路红线范围外、无名道路、河道两侧等由街道负责托底管理公共区域及公共设施等。主要维修内容：（*）路面修复；沿街墙面修复、粉刷、美化等；（*）人行道修复；（*）雨污水井盖等排水设施修复和更换；（*）路灯、景观等照明设施维修与增补；（*）小品景观修复、绿化补种等；（*）座椅等公共设施修复、更新；（*）其他经批准需要维修和处置的内容。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求以磋商文件内容为准。
Brief Specification Description:In ****, the urban transportation hotline and other bottom-supporting maintenance work orders shall be disposed. The maintenance scope of the project mainly includes: daily inspection discovery,"***** citizen hotline" work order and grid management case work order. Outside the red line range of urban roads, nameless roads, both sides of rivers, etc., the streets shall be responsible for bottom-supporting management of public areas and public facilities. Main maintenance contents: (*) pavement repair; wall repair, painting and beautification along the street;(*) sidewalk repair;(*) repair and replacement of drainage facilities such as rain sewage manhole covers;(*) maintenance and supplement of lighting facilities such as street lamps and landscapes;(*) landscape restoration, greening and replanting;(*) repair and renewal of public facilities such as seats;(*) other approved contents requiring maintenance and disposal.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（*）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.（*）With municipal public works construction general contracting qualification level three and above qualification.（*）Have safety production license (valid period).（*）The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above of municipal public engineering specialty, has valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
