(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具有住建部电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，还应同时具有“国家能源局监管局(或国家电力监管委员会)”颁发的承装、承修、承试三级以上(含三级)电力设施许可证。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It must possess a level three or above qualification certificate for the general contracting of electric power engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as a level three or above (including level three) Electric Power Facility License for installation, maintenance, and testing issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission). This project is specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises.
