(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加招标活动）；（*）具有市政公用工程施工总承包资质三级及其以上资质；（*）安全生产许可证（有效期内）；（*）投标人拟派项目经理的市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；（*）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Must be a legal person or non-legal person organization legally established within the territory of the People's Republic of China.(Branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project.)(*) Possess a Class * or higher qualification for General Contracting of Municipal Public Works.(*) Possess a valid Safety Production License (within validity period).(*) The Project Manager proposed by the Bidder shall hold aClass * or higher Registered Constructor qualification in Municipal Public Engineering,together with a valid Certificate of Qualification for Safety Production Assessment.(*) Different suppliers with the same person-in-charge, or with direct holding or management relationship,shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract.Suppliers that have provided overall design, specification formulation, project management, supervision, testing or other services for this project
