(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加招标活动）；（*）通信工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；（*）安全生产许可证（有效期内）；（*）拟任项目负责人具有***住房和城乡建设部颁发的通信与广电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，以及具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Must be a legal person or non-legal person organization established in accordance with the law within China. (This project does not accept branch ***panies participating in bidding activities in their own name); (*) Level * or above qualification for general contracting of ***munication engineering construction; (*) Safety production license (valid); (*) The proposed project leader must have a second-level or above registered constructor qualification for ***munication and radio and television engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate.
