(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Possess a General Contracting Qualification for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering at Level III or above; *. Hold a valid "Work Safety Permit" issued by the construction authority; *. The proposed project manager must have a Professional Constructor Qualification (Level II or above) in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, along with a valid safety assessment certificate;
